Perks. People, especially Filipinos love perks. A free newspaper in the morning when you ride a train, or a free coffee in the office. They say the best things in life are free, but of course, even though it doesn’t count, still, Filipinos believe that perks are also the best. Maybe this is the reason why call center companies find this habit of my countrymen interesting, and for them, a business opportunity.
